Acceptable Use Policy

SailCat is an invite-only private VPN beta. Access may be suspended or banned for illegal activity, malware, spam, scanning, DDoS, harassment, copyright abuse, CSAM, resale, credential sharing, or attempts to evade account limits.

SailCat uses metadata-only enforcement. Operators may review account status, device keys, assigned VPN IPs, node, timestamps, byte counts, coarse destination IP and port summaries when needed for abuse, abuse reports, and billing/admin records. SailCat does not inspect private messages, URLs, TLS payloads, or application content.

China-facing commercial availability is blocked pending legal review. Obfuscation support is provided for protocol compatibility and reliability; it is not a promise of unlawful access or circumvention.
